French Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Warm milk and butter together in a saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt together until smooth. Pour in the cooled milk and butter mixture and beat everything together until smooth.
- Cook on a greased pan or griddle over high heat as you would pancakes, but expect faster cook times — watch closely and flip when bubbles form.
