Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or a few dashes of hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Mix in garlic, Parmesan, most of the mozzarella (reserve some for the top), spinach, and artichokes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes or hot sauce if using.
- Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish. Top with reserved mozzarella.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra browning.
