Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or a few dashes of hot sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Mix in garlic, Parmesan, most of the mozzarella (reserve some for the top), spinach, and artichokes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes or hot sauce if using.
  5. Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish. Top with reserved mozzarella.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  7. Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra browning.

  • Pita chips
  • Raw veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
