Olive Dip
- 4 cups grated cheddar
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- Green olives finely chopped (to taste, roughly 1 cup)
- Can substitute or add Jalapenos
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Combine ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Refrigerates overnight for the best flavor. Serve with crackers (Kellogg’s Club Original are best).
